• PRESIDENT OF THE ASSEMBLY Chairman of the General Assembly.

• PRESIDENT President of the Association and chairman of the Managing board. The President and other members of the Managing board hold office for two years.

• MANAGING BOARD Composed of 35 members, elected on regional principle by the Assembly for the period of 2 years. Oversees general administration and financial matters and submits policy and other proposals to the General Assembly.
