Association's Constitutional Assemble was held in
Belgrade on 21st November 2000.
Association was registrated as a voluntary,
professional, apolitical, nongovernmental
and non profit association
of international road hauliers of Serbia
and Montenegro on March 1st, 2001. |

OF THE ASSEMBLY Chairman of the
General Assembly.

the Association and chairman of the Managing
board. The President and other members of the
Managing board hold office for two years.

MANAGING BOARD
Composed of 35 members, elected on regional
principle by the Assembly for the period of 2
years. Oversees general administration and
financial matters and submits policy and other
proposals to the General Assembly.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the
organization, assisted by staff at the
Secretariat.
